The... Double-Triple Championship?; what am I even doing

I've seen talks of a Triple Crown, a feat none of our superstars in VGCW have achieved. However, what about a combined triple-crown? My rather mindless speculation led me to ask: has there ever been a tag-team to hold 3 belts? In specific, I'm referring to a tag-team who's won the tag belts, and has one member to hold the Main Championship Belt, and the other member to hold the Casual Belt. I've looked around and compiled my list of existing teams with two belts and one to go that could still possibly happen. My rules are as follows:

-The tag team does not need to be active to complete the crown
-Two belts out of three must have been held to be listed
-The three belts can be held at any point in time
-Missing Pieces are listed in red

Also I'm not really sure what to call this because I'm not too sure about the actual meaning of "Triple Crown", but from the way I've seen it used, it just means a wrestler who's held all three belts, not sure if it means at the same time though. Oh well.

CHAMPIONS:

RAW POWER, a team comprised of Dan Hibiki and Mr. Hercule Satan, have become the first champions in the Double-Triple Championship, after Dan Hibiki wins the casual championship. Following them, at End Game 9, Break Man and Air Man overcame reigning champs PK Chu to make THE MAVERICKS the second Double Triple Champions, and the first active champions! Next, looking to finally clinch his first singles title, Arino manages to win the Casual Title from Double-Triple Champion Dan Hibiki, earning the final piece to complete the Double-Triple Championship of GAME CENTER FU on March 31st, 2015. Nearly a year later, on March 2nd, 2016, Dr. Wily wins the Casual Title from The Heavy, sealing THE PRACTICE's Double Triple Championship at the Season 12 PPV Blood Money.

I think you mean something along the lines of a 'career grand slam', as in tennis or golf? I suppose a career Triple Crown, in this case?

Snake and Grey Fox aren't a Tag Team.

Snake and Grey Fox aren't a Tag Team.
They're close to being a tag-team, they teamed up at End Game and they were friendly in the beginning of Fox's career. It's also speculated that their fate could end up in a tag team, so I listed them regardless. Take it as you will.

If Gabe and Jensen win their contender match and go on to win the titles, it would make them the very first team to ever hold the co-op titles with two former Hardcore Internet All-star Champions. Though I don't think that either of them will visit the Casual Title scene any time soon...

Jensen might...you have to remember that he has had a major rough patch in 2k14.

Heading into End Game, it will be the DK Crew challenging The Saiyans for their titles. In terms of the illustrious DOUBLE TRIPLE CHAMPIONSHIP, I hate tag specific characters. If the DK Crew wins, however, Diddy Kong would need only to start a Casual career to become a contender with DK for the DOUBLE TRIPLE CHAMPIONSHIP.

Table updated to reflect two of the new tag teams introduced in Season 9's Co-Op Tournament. Surprisingly, two of those tag teams are made up of two champions to different belts, so that's a pretty nifty add-on to the table. Of the two other teams, Birds of Prey needs a main title win from Ezio (I'll just stop there), and Barret & Flint has absolutely nothing. If PK CHU wins later against the Saiyans, they get added to the chart, with only Ness needing a VGCW championship win.

Um...I think your mistaking Ness for Red, this is Ness' first championship belt, Red had the Casual and now the Co-op belt, so he is the one who needs the VGCW championship

No, the Double-Triple Championship requires a team winning the Co-Op Championship, and both wrestlers capturing one of the two singles titles.

Since Red is a Casual Champion, Ness has to win the VGCW Championship for PK Chu to win the Double-Triple Championship.

And after the events of the fourth show of Season 9, PK CHU is the tenth team added to the table overall, and only the second team to need the Hardcore Internet All-star Championship.

Looking at the table as of now, I'd say that among the most likely to capture would be GCFU with Arino's casual belt (upon his return), Raw Power with Dan's casual belt, and I can see a future for The Mavericks on the horizon.

Just a couple thoughts on this:

- I do not see PK CHU taking anything anytime soon if it comes to the main belt. Red tried and failed (miserably), and Ness proved that he's not getting anything as long and Scorpion's still (hell)kicking.

-It also surprises me that we had two teams formed during the tag tourney that were already made up of two pre-existing champions. Prior to the "Formation" era of the belt, not a single active tag team needed the co-op belts to obtain the very first Double-Triple Championship.

-Beyond this, I see a very bright future on the horizon for one tag team in particular... well, sort of. If Bazza books them as one, I can see the Bullies of Heavy and Haggar going for the gold one day, and if Heavy can take that Casual belt along the way, they could very easily become the first D-TCs. The biggest hurdle in their way is being considered an official tag team by Bazza.

-And finally, obligatory "I hate you PK CHU for going over people I like", but in fact, this very well may screw over PK CHU for the D-TCs. Because The Saiyans are freed and moving on to some singles work (probably), we'll be seeing more of Vegeta and Nappa alone. Being as how Vegeta has a pin over Ganondorf and the VGCW Champion Scorpion (both multi-mans, but still), he could be due for a title shot, leaving Nappa to the Casual scene if warranted by the situation. Are The Saiyans close to hitting it big?

In addition, I'm not sure whether or not to remove Snake/Fox. They're one belt away for a team that doesn't exist, but at the same time, I'm not sure how likely it is that Fox could stick around long enough to form a team with his current reaction. Tell me what you think!
