iOS and Android is getting a Netherealm game called WWE Immortals. Our only info is that it has "feature epic Superstar battles in a fantastically re-imagined WWE world". So MK WWE? |

It'll probably just be a crappy pay to win grindy crapfest like Injustice on iOS, I wouldn't get excited if I were you. |

So WWE Immortals is out. I'm not an iPhone owner, so I actually haven't played it. However, the idea within this admitted insidious f2p game (stamina bars! buy packs! blah!) has something that could be a MAGNIFICENT full scale Netherrealm fighting game. If their deal with WWE allows for it, a proper WWE fighting game with that crazy bullshit story idea could be the title they work on between MKX and whatever they do after that (yknow, assuming they don't do a second Injustice). It would be super stupid, but WWE stories are super stupid and therefore it would work. I thought for a couple mornings what you could do with the WWE Immortal idea. Netherrealm has made the best story modes in games, so they could do something with the 'Bray Wyatt & The Spooky Lantern' idea they revolve the mobile game around. A base set of 24 characters could be doable, I think. I think of managers being something similar to SFxT gems (although that can be questionable). I see the boss characters easily (Rusev, Brock, Kane, Triple H). I even see the DLC plan with like a grip of Legends and a handful of NXT guys. I'm trying hard not to write up this whole thing myself. I had no idea I wanted this, but now I realize I need it HARD. Edited by threeOCT, Jan 18 2015, 11:13 PM.

iOS and Android, huh... Yeah, I can hardly consider those platforms game consoles. WWE Immortals as a full-fledged game made by Netherrealm would be amazing. It can easily be better than Injustice. This current game we have though, I'm not interested in it. |

Remember last year when we were excited for this?

And you know something... This game is broken as fuck. I mean, it's a WWE game, so that's kinda what we expect, but I've been playing a bit of this here and there and have had a number of situations where two opponents somehow enter the battlefield at the same time, it one standing behind me, facing away, and throwing unblockable supers. So if you've played the iOS version of Injustice, it is literally exactly that, but buggy as hell. Not that the Injustice game was that much better (it did at one point eat my save for example) That said, I would be on board to job it up at a real console game if that ever did come to pass. |

No no no if we're making this a real console game we need the biggest roster. We need like 30 dudes at least. I want Vince McMahon powered by Spooky Lantern as a final boss and he's just Satan. Just literally Satan. |
