Well we got our first substantial gameplay trailer for the game and it looks amazing, figured I'd give this thread a whirl. Those menus tho. |

Well, it looks like they're adding a bit more of SMT in it, with having a melee weapon and a gun. |

It's a Persona game where you pretty much get to play as fucking Tuxedo Mask. 10/10. Edited by Cheer This Dan, Feb 5 2015, 08:52 AM.

Good thing I made a CAW of the protagonist like six months ago since the hype is going to be through the roof once people wake up. |

>No word on any Vita release I guess I'll have to wait until Persona 5: The Reddening comes out. Or buy a cheap PS3; how graphics-intense can a persona game be anyway? |

Interesting that you're fighting actual demons this time. That and the plot looking like it might center on stopping disasters (that subway crash for instance) makes me think of Persona 2, which isn't a bad thing. |

LOOK T THAT JUNKO ENOSHIMA MOTHERFUCKER BEST FRIEND AND THAT FELIX THE CAT-ASS DORAEMON. ALSO NAOTO HAS SUSPENDERS IN DANCING ADORABLE. On a serious note, you can really see the increase in processing power from P3 and P4's meager crowds. The fact that there isn't a 'S. Link' option on the menu is interesting, and stealth gameplay seems to be a bigger focus. I'm glad that they're taking a different approach from the previous two games. Would be so easy to just make P4 HD, and it already doesn't look like that. |

Damn that trailer did not disappoint, hope this gets a western release this year. The game seems to ooze style and I love it. Those menus are a work of art! Only downside so far is it seems to be only 4 party members, which I'm guessing is just down to them not wanting to reveal too much right away. |

There's a tanuki girl in the intro that isn't seen later so there's at least 5. I'm sure there will be more revealed, as it was during the lead-up to the original Persona 4 release. |

That and the fact there's demons in the battles means they could be going back to how 1 and 2 did it, where you had to talk with them to get cards and trade them in to Igor for other Personas. Or something entirely different. |
