Is this confirmed? That would explain the visuals feeling so underwhelming from a technical standpoint |

Been pretty hungry for a new Fallout game, hopefully it'll be decent before mods are added.
BGS isn't going to leave an engine they've worked on and modified for 12+ years so quickly. |

Skyrim's Creation Engine was really just a heavily modified Gamebryo, so I would not be surprised to see something similar. |

TOUGH BOY

There was an amazing game made in Gamebryo other than Fallout New Vegas/Morrowind...that's right: Catherine.

I was able to put up with Gamebryo for two Fallout games so I'll probably be able to put up with it again. I'm more concerned that Bethesda won't learn from their mistakes and make Fallout 4 have all the same problems as Fallout 3. |

Builder of civilizations that stand the test of time.

I'm feeling cautiously optimistic about Fallout 4. I enjoyed Fallout 3 for what it was worth, but I don't enjoy Skyrim at all. Different series I know, but still same developer. I might hang fire on this until it's released to see what the people's verdict is, but I'm still looking forward to its release. |

I'm looking forward to seeing what comes with Fallout 4, I enjoyed both 3 and new Vegas. so as long as we have more of the same with 4 I'll be happy. My only wish for the game is for this to be a thing.

Ugh.

Well at least we saw what it'll actually look like, rather then getting CG trailer and putting our exceptions too high. I even like that it's bit more colourful. |

Kind of annoying that your companion can talk, but I suppose the value of someone with a gun would not be lost on a dog |

Okay I have like zero interest in building a town. I hope they didn't spend too many resources on that shit and as a result have less actually pre-established settlements. Other than that, that looked fucking fun. I fully expect Bethesda to give no fucks about the lore but the game looked so damn fun that I'm more or less fully on board. One thing, though - not a fan of the new dialogue. I feel like having the PC voiced and every dialogue playing out like a cutscene will make multiple playthroughs get stale much more quickly. |
