Funny you should say that, my wife did used to watch the show with me. We tried to get our streams synced up so we could watch them together, but we never wound up watching it at the same time because we tend to chat with others and pay attention at different intervals, and she eventually lost interest. She was still greatly surprised and amused when she looked over at my screen Tuesday night to see Vegeta in a speedo during the rumble. -------------------- Also, as for people who get mad when the outcome of the match isn't the one they want...I've just had to get used to that, and expect it at this point. Current champs will always generate more chat heat because everyone roots for the underdog. Established fan favorites are always getting pushed to win, even if they constantly botch attempts to do so. And fans will get salty and mad and complain about show quality all night long. But you''ll notice that when plot's happening, nobody's complaining about any of that. And you'll notice that even when someone holds that belt for a long time, they can still hold their respect, during and after their reign, despite belt heat building up around them, especially if they're already really good and interesting fighters. The nature of this show means that not all the outcomes will be what everyone expects or wants, but that's the magic of it. That's why when things do turn out in an amazing, unique way, it's a glorious, glorious moment that everyone can celebrate. And there will always be plot to tide us over, and match setups that are cool (I hold no salt for Knuckles or Drac's wins, and I feel like those matchups had perfect buildup regardless of how they ended). Salty fans will be salty fans, but they'll still come back to cheer again for their favorites to win. ((And honestly if they don't get that it's not controlled by the show creator then they need to get a hint block)). Edited by Introbulus, Sep 9 2015, 10:15 PM.

Even though I'm pretty sure people will get over it in a couple of days, just think back to all the moments in VGCW history where the guy you wanted to win didn't win and remember that present day VGCW is still amazing even though they lost. Some of the best things that have happened on the show in the past are due to 'controversial' outcomes and some of the best things that are happening currently are due to every match result happening the way it's happened so far. So sure, get sad that your favourite didn't win, but the show keeps going and it's not like they won't have another chance - the victory might just be sweeter later on. (Plus even though they lost they entertained during the match and looked good too - sometimes winning isn't everything). Plus, no matter the outcome it's pretty much a given that the showrunners are talented enough to spin it into something interesting |

Plenty of people were missing on account of roster size: Bison - Wrestled before, it's ok to leave him out Armstrong - Wrestled before, it's ok to leave him out Groose - Wrestled before, it's ok to leave him out, plus does the Casual Champ usually compete in the Rumble? Solid Snake - Wrestled before, it's ok to leave him out Adam Jensen - Wrestled before, it's ok to leave him out Gary Oak - Knows not to book himself in the Rumble (even though it's his specialty) Red - Haha Illidan - Haha So really the only ones that were left out were Ganon, Heavy Weapons Guy, Segata Sanshiro, DK (ty Feanon) & Zubaz, but Zubaz' character is such that leaving him out adheres to storyline in the same way Red and Illidan missing out does Edited by goon, Sep 10 2015, 04:21 AM.

Zubaz being out should totally be intentional, I know it isn't the reason, but it should because it fits him. Red just won the past rumble, he can skip this one, he and Illidan could be out thanks to Gary not wanting them in the rumble. Can't figure out Heavy, but then again roster size to only 40 slots, some people has to be left behind. |

DK wasn't in either, I only noticed since I had bet on him in the prediction game. |

We're getting the stage where a 50-man rumble would be most ideal. If only... |

Just watched the show. Amazing job as usual TOH. Can't really say any more than what's been already said but had a laugh after Salvation Ops made their dramatic, downright moving entrance, a touching culmination of a long story about moving on from loss and not letting yourself wallow in sorrow, it starts out with hated rivals Break Man and Jensen in the ring and........! Break Man casually walks up to Jensen and lightly kicks him in the groin. I was so caught up in the moment that I forgot it was AIs wrestling and was expecting the bell to ring and Jensen to burst out with a spear and Lou Thesz Press combo or something. When's the next Fuckheads tag match? I haven't seen them since their first ever tag win. |

Seems like that plot point from the Bazza era about them being forced to tag together again got retconned once TOH started. |

What? No it didn't. They had their debut match and got put in the triple-threat tag contenders match just this season. They're a team, whether they like it or not. |

It hasn't been retconned. Haven't they had a few scenes together in the TOH era? They've just kind of coincidentally had singles opportunities and not much else. People were saying the same thing about Shadow Blitz a few days ago. What's wrong with having guys that are like, 80% singles 20% tag team? The tag team division being loaded with tag team exclusive teams doesn't allow for much variety. Edited by GirthIgnorer, Sep 10 2015, 01:38 PM.

There's a lot of tag-teams and not a lot of room per episode to show them off in matches. We're trying to build to a more pronounced tag presence, and pretty much everybody loves the Fuckheads. |

Dante in particular has had very little to do this season. One tag match and one triple threat whilst his partner gets all the spotlight. Still, with TJ&E and Birds taken out of the Tag Team Titles picture for now, Fuckheads are likely a name to be brought up for that. |

they've got a lot to work with, banter wise with Travis losing the tables triple threat and Dante getting the shit beat out of him in the contender's match also with Travis lasting longer in the Rumble |
