OK, I'll be frank: you want to know why viewership is dropping?

Shit like this.
If it happened all the time I could understand where you're coming from. It was a bold move no doubt but what it does do it gets people talking and gets people interested.

Bison in my opinion needed to do something on this level for me to feel he is an actual threat to the roster. I now want to see next week more than ever I want to see how that match ended. Trust the angle and wait to see what happens next episode.

When the Nanomachines harden just right
Lets put this in perspective. You are someone who has just recently heard of VGCW. You tune in to Blood Money, expecting to have a good first impression of VGCW. And, as far as the matches and plot goes, its all been pretty good so far! Now, for the main event. Intense, heart pumping, nail baiting-LELITSOVERNOW

Now, what impression would someone who is new to VGCW leave with, having seen the blue-balling main event?

I guess I'll say this.

Stop with the WWE-esque booking please. That's all I'll say on the matter,

It's dropping because of an ending that creates a ton of story possibilities and has created the most legit heel heat for any wrestler in VGCW history?
I understand the whole "but this ultimately pushes the story forward" thing but as an isolated event that was just awful. That was a title vs career match that got a ton of compliments for its good booking and being a great way to either send off Barret or renew interest in him more than ever. So, I guess we end it with a no contest? For all the times you could've done that, you had to do it then? I feel like I've been saying "let's see where this goes, guys" too much recently. Maybe it'll work out, but I reserve the right to dislike the decision as it is now.
But here's the thing. When would have been a better time for Bison to make his point and show the force of Shadaloo?

There was literally no better time to create anger and hatred toward Bison, and was no better time for Shadaloo to show how they mean business, not just to the wrestlers and the staff, but to the fans as well. The ending was set up to where it honestly was believable that either person could win, and was coming down to the wire. And right when it was about to wrap up? Bison chooses the perfect time to strike.

No mercy! Wounds that won't heal! Carved into flesh! Lethal Pain!
I'm happy this happened.

Sure, it give me a giant pair of blue balls, but man, the heat Bison got from it...I'm legit pissed off at him.

Remember guys, this has happened before. Season 3 finale, we were blue-balled on that match for literally months.

True. If anything at least we don't have to wait months for this conclusion.

As someone who's a casual fan of VGCW (Let's be honest, I watch the main 3 shows of WWE every week on top of TNA. Can't really afford more time for more wrestling), I'm peeved at what just happened. Not because it happened, but because this almost EXACT thing was during Vegeta vs Scorpion and that was recent enough it felt dickish to repeat it tonight.

How about 'Holy shit, what happened!? I should tune in next week to find out!'

When this exact thing is what you've seen time and again in WWE, it becomes less "I WANNA SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WEEK" and more "...fucking hell, this again? Cop out."

Alright this is fair. I'll qualify it by saying that VGCW has not had an issue with this up until now.

It's just that it's now a universal thing across all shows, and this creative direction is flatout exhausting to watch everywhere. I just want to have fun without getting blueballed by creator interference whenever there's the opportunity.

IDK, I don't think it's an exact replica of the Vegeta vs Scorpion ending. Because after that? People did push it back from their minds. Bison was a heel for a day and maybe a week, but wasn't the mega heel he could have been.

This isn't being forgotten. This isn't being pushed back in people's minds.

This is what takes Bison from "Heel" to "ULTRA Heel".

I'll give you that, but at least then we got more than just a lot of static and some mug shots of Dracula.

I mean I'm still gonna tune in next week, but I can see why some might be a bit salty about this.
