NOPE.

Johnny's going far. Maybe winning the whole thing. Gets my vote even though Phoenix's is really good in its own right. Zubaz's is a perfect jobber theme. Someone said that it's something you'd hear on WCW Thunder as generic biddle for some random guy like Kenny Kaos or something, and I couldn't agree more. It takes the second matchup. |

Wright's entrance is fantastic, energetic and powerful... But Cage is Cage. He wins this round by virtue of being well prepared. The second one is tougher to call, not because they're both really good, but because I'm kinda lukewarm on them both. I'll give it to Zubaz on account of it fitting really well with his overly-optimistic yet always overlooked self. One day you'll get another win, buddy. Just keep on believing. |

As much as I like Phoenix's entrance and theme, Cage is probably winning this, and this whole thing but we'll see. My vote goes to Phoenix here to make sure he has one in the end, his theme is too good to get 0. Zubaz definitely on the 2nd, hearing Ghost Nappa just brings me utter dread at this point. |

Oh my lord, yes, Prozach nails it on the head with the WCW Thunder comparison. Zubaz's theme sounds like this super tryhard but somewhat generic guitar solo thing that a jobber on Thunder would have and I adore it so much. Johnny Cage's theme is pretty fantastic all around. |

Phoenix's theme is amazing but Johnny Cage's theme is Johnny Cage's theme. Granted this may be a bit unfair since Cage gets a huge boost from his entrance sync. Nappa's theme is fun and quotable but I got to go with Zubaz for the reasons listed above along with having an immediately recognisable intro and it being a really hype theme even if/especially because it's super dumb. |

Phoenix vs. Johnny Cage: Johnny Cage: Sorry Phoenix, but Cage pretty much got himself a job during the frist Star Road because of his theme. Zubaz vs. Nappa: Nappa: What? I still like the character and think the theme is good. |

Pity vote for Nick. Like others have said Cage is totally winning this thing. Baz for the second match. |

Don't feel like writing anything substantial but I'll throw in votes for Cage and Nappa. |

Phoenix and Cage both have great themes, but Cage has a song I'd probably pop for anytime it shows up, so my vote to Cage. I wouldn't normally bring this up, but this 2nd matchup is pure poetry because for all the crap Zubaz gets about being a meme character, Nappa is arguably the most meme-y character on the roster and you need not look further than his theme, which is basically the equivalent of what would be giving "I can't defeat Air Man" as Air Man's entrance theme. The song itself is fine, but the real buzzkiller is when the lyrics start. I know it's intentional, but Nappa's voice is nails on a chalkboard to me. Zubaz on the other hand...his theme kind of sucks, but I find it hilarious because it is so generic sounding, so tryhard yet so lame. It's very appropriate. The WCW jobber comparisons are quite apt. Between Cage and Phoenix, Phoenix's theme is pretty good with his entrance, but I feel that Phoenix's theme works better as a mere song, whereas Cage's entrance enhances his theme, and brings it together to make something better entirely. Cage's entrance is undoubtedly one of the greatest wrestling entrances in history, not just in the show, but in any show, real or WWE, that has entrances. Point to Cage. On the topic of Zubaz: I cannot stop laughing at that theme. I really can't. It's just so fucking stupid, I lose my shit every time he comes out now. Those fucking electric guitars, I swear. Nappa's theme was a theme that made me laugh in Season 1 VGCW, and now Zubaz's theme is a theme that makes me laugh in Season 11 VGCW. Major props to that one electric guitar riff that comes in later than the rest and is supposed to be the main part of the song but is just drowned out by the fifty other fucking electric guitars. ELECTRIC GUITARS EVERYWHERE. Electric Guitar to Zubaz. |

Cage and Zubaz. Love all 4, and Nick hypes me up something especially fierce, but...it's Johnny Cage. |

Cage and Zubaz. I like Phoenix's theme song more, but you can't deny that sync. Zubaz's middle part of the song just sells it to me. The chucka-chucka part together with the golden shower moonwalk is just glorious. |
