Cage and Zubaz. The intro to Phoenix's theme isn't memorable enough to compete with Cage. Nappa's is pretty good, but I think the only part I really like is "you know you love me as a ghost." |

Cage and Zubaz. Cornered is up there as one of my favourite video game songs period but Cage's theme really is hard to beat. I do really like Nappa's theme but Zubaz is just one of those people who always manages to be so amazingly in character here in vgcw and this random piece of fan music fits him so well I can't not vote for it. |

Cage and Nappa. Zubaz's theme is great, and so perfectly in charecter it makes it a hard choice, especially with the full RIFFS ON RIFFS ON RIFFS ON RIFF that just makes for the best sort of "90s Jobber" feel to it, combined with Zubaz's whole motion during his intro in that he's just happy to be here. But. Nappa has some of my favorite chat participation aspect to it, with the GETA, GETA, GETA and especially with the WOOOOOO. Perhaps it's simply leftover from Challenge Tower, where the WOOOOO went out over the credits scene as Nappa ended a nearly year long reign, but that theme sticks in my mind, and I gotta vote for it. ....Cage v Pheonix doesn't need an explanation. |

Squeezing a vote in here. Cage and Nappa. Both Cage and Wright have excellent intro songs, but Cage's theme is a one-in-a-million full package. It's got a ton of fun things for chat to sing along with, it builds up slowly but makes a big splash right at the start, it's energetic as hell, and it fits every single part of Cage's intro perfectly. Add in the personal announcer and you have what will probably be one of the finalists of this tournament. While Zubaz's tryhard riffs upon riffs are fitting and funny, the Ghost Nappa theme just builds up more hype for me compared to the "oh you" from Zubaz's song. Nappa's theme also serves a dual purpose of immediately telling any newcomer that this is the Team Four Star Nappa from DBZ Abridged. Finally, singing along with "Geta Geta Geta Woooooooo" in chat never gets old. |

Johnny Cage was prepared to die. He wins 31 to 6. Nappa is now a ghost. The Baz defeated him 23-14. Because I haven't made a VGCW edit of Illidan's theme yet (will do so tomorrow) his match will be pushed back a day. First up we have... The HEY man himself, Barret Wallace vs Reyn I can't find the new remixed version that Barret uses currently. Will Barret avoid choking? Or is it Reyn time? And Match #2 Groose vs Miles Edgeworth Can Groose bully his way into a win here? Or will Edgeworth find a hole in his testimony and object? |

Tough one. Barret's got the edge when it comes to fun singalongs but Reyn's got the ol' Bazza Main Event music for his entrance which are both pretty good angles. I think I enjoy Barret's entrance theme more just for how interactive it can be with chat. I much prefer Groose's dumpy, comedic stylings over Edgeworth's turnabout music. The only reason I really get into it is for the sync steps but Groose's just hits the right nerve for me. |

You Will Know Our Names is unbelievably hype so my vote goes to Reyn. From an entrance perspective, Edgeworth's theme is better because it syncs three times. As actual songs, Groose's theme conveys a lumbering stupidity that fits him perfectly. This one's tough, but I think I'm going with Groose. |

There's not many theme song I listen outside of VGCW. In fact, there's almost none all show combined. But one of them is Barret theme. A great theme, the lyrics are good, the beat is good, everything about it is hype. It's the story of the man in one badass theme song. I'd say only Octodad and Segata have theme song that represent the man as much as is, so my vote go for Barret. Reyn one is good, but I don't really have any nostalgia factor about it and aniway, when I vote for this, I vote for the theme and what he represent about the wrestler, I don't care if it means something else for another thing. So yeah, Barret The second one is closer. I kind of like both but not that much either. But I'll go with Miles, I like just a lil'more. Edited by FCD, Dec 18 2015, 10:15 AM.
