Scorpion can move at a pace faster than "Greek Yogurt" more than once per year, the Kane Comparasin fails. |

Okay, so Blood Money is happening next Tueday, and I figure the card looks something like this: Dracula (c) vs Barret - VGCW Championship (Career vs Title) The Heavy (c) vs Dr. Wily - Casual Championship The Dragons (c) vs ??? - Co-Op Championship Ganondorf vs Duke Nukem vs Goemon vs Waluigi vs Bowser vs Toejam - Money in the Bank Ladder Curtain jerk featuring Zangief Authority vs King Vegeta M. Bison vs ??? Going by current angles, that's my guess for last three matches. |

I think based on their plot, Reyn and Sho will each have a singles match of their own |

I think it'd be awesome if we could have a second match between King Vegeta and Scorpion. |

This. Those two were going at it, and I'd really like to see the outcome of that match clean. |

I'm willing to bet that will be resolved in the future after all this feuding is settled out...I could possibly even see it as an End Game match. |

So. Money in the Bank is happening again. And the entrants are pretty good shit. Like, all of them, shockingly. Seriously, usually in a MITB match there's one person you just look at and say 'aw hell naw' and hope they don't win but I don't really have those feelings towards anyone in the match? I did towards a couple of them at one point, but one day before Blood Money and I am very content. That isn't to say I can't make a list ranking who I want to see win from top to bottom, so: Number 6: Duke Nukem Hah you all thought it was Goemon didn't you? No but really, just because Duke is last on this list doesn't mean I don't think TOH and Co (as I will be referring to them from now on) can't do some cool shit with him. For one thing, here is a man who has been here since day one of VGCW and has no gold to show for it. Mind you I don't think a title reign makes or breaks a wrestler, you can be an all time great without holding gold once in your career (something I think a lot of wrestling fans nowadays have sadly forgotten), but that's a built in story for Duke right there if he wins MITB. Still...I think there's something else you could do with Duke if he won the briefcase. Something that I don't think will happen (hence why he remains at the bottom of this list despite this cool and new idea), but I feel compelled to mention it anyway. VGCW and WVGCW have been crossing over an awful lot lately, haven't they? Mika's backstage for the tour, Duke is providing commentary on Mama's match at Splat Wres, etcetera etcetera. Now, consider this: What if the VGCW MITB contract could be cashed in on a WVGCW belt? Specifically, what if Duke handed his briefcase to Mama and said "Go kick her ass babe." and we get Mama with gold around her waist. Duke's a good Papa, so I can't say it'd be out of character for him to do that. Plus BRYN is as mad as a hatter and would probably treat this like a golden goose egg for his show. On top of that, this might be just the thing to get more people to tune into WVGCW: News breaks that the VGCW MITB is cashed in on the female division, everyone starts wonder 'what the hell is going on in this show?!' and they start tuning in out of curiosity. Still, I don't think this is an idea that TOH and Co. will sign off on even if Duke does win, it seems just slightly too kooky for them, but I'd mark like mad if they proved me wrong. Number 5: Bowser Still no Goemon lel. Seriously though, Bowser would be a pretty boss MITB holder. He has a backstory with Dracula (End Game 9, plus he was Drac's first opponent when he came back) that could make plot between them interesting, and can you just imagine how a Bowser cash in would go? Whoever's the VGCW Champion has just finished a grueling championship match, they're holding their belt high in the air, and then..."Showtime." and the crowd loses their collective minds. On top of that, Bowser just has this aura about him. It's gone down in recent time, but there's still a general sense of 'that guy in the ring is dead' when Bowser comes out, even moreso if whoever's in the ring has just gotten out of a match. That said, why is Bowser so low on the list? Two things-I can't think of anything he could do with Barret on the off chance Mr. Top 10 actually wins the belt, and...Well, there's someone else in this match that does everything he could do with the briefcase better than he can. You know who I'm talking about. Yep: Number 4: Goemon ...What? Did you seriously think Ganon would rank below Goemon? Fam plz Okay, okay, Goemon got above Bowser and Duke for a reason, and I think you'd all like to know why. It is because of one very simple, very situational idea that I'm just salivating over. Picture this: Barret has pulled off the miracle. He's weathered Dracula's offense, hoisted him up for a Big Shot Ending, and he's made him stare at the lights for a three count. The chat is going nuts, HEYs are flooding all our senses, and then...GANBARE SO GANBARE. Goemon cashes in right after the match, hits Barret with a Goemon Impact or two, one, two, three, Goemon gets his revenge on Barret for last season, retires Barret Wallce (he said if he didn't leave with the gold he'd hang up the boots, didn't say anything about beating Drac being the make or break for him), and turns Goemon heel as fuck. Next week, he comes out, belt around his waist, cuts a scathing promo, detailing how his entire career up until now has been about putting on honorable combat for the VGCW Community. How do we repay him? 'REMOVE ANIME' 'GOEMON SUCKS' and worst of all in my opinion 'ok'. We have treated him with noting but apathy and hatred, and now he's tired of it all. So now, he's lashing back. We were happy for Barret for finally winning the big one and keeping his job? He took that away from us. Maybe someone will step up that the fans can get behind? He'll beat them and send them spiraling down the card. Hell, maybe he'll start doing something the fans like, and he'll stop doing that immediately. Goemon is in the perfect position to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Ezio, Dan, and Guile: face characters in the source material turned bad by us. There's a few different ways TOH and Co. could do this, but this just might be their best chance to do it. Goemon only makes it to number four on my list because, honestly, I can only think of one option for him if he wins, but damn if I'm not marking out over the mere possibility of it. Number 3: ToeJam If ToeJam wins the briefcase, I can't say that whoever wins the Drac/Barret match will matter that much? TJ doesn't really have a history with either of them, so we have to go in a different direction for him, and one that I think a lot of you have caught on to since the last time VGCW aired: ultimate wildcard, ToeJam. Who will he cash in on? Maybe he and Earl will make The Dragons go through two title matches in one night? Maybe he'll try and break into singles by going after the Casual Belt? Maybe, just maybe, he'll dream big and try and snag the VGCW Championship?! The possibilities are damn near endless for this alien. Hell, his and Earl's personal storyline of getting enough do$h to fix their spaceship can be advanced by this (MITB means more appearances on the show, more appearances means more dolla dolla holla holla), but we can even get another plot line involved in this: if TJ decides he wants to go for a singles belt, Big Earl will probably have to have words with him. I think Earl would be chill with it mostly, but he realizes that both of them holding gold would give them more money for their spaceship. There's some juicy conflict to be had there, and I'd like to see it if TJ wins. Number 2: Ganondorf Remember when I said there was someone who did everything Bowser did but better? Yeah that's Ganon. Storyline with Drac? Ganondorf is his old tag team partner, and they really didn't work well together. 'Oh shit' factor when he cashes in? Just imagine the reaction that 'DUN DUN DUUUUUUNNNN' would draw when it hit after a title match. Sheer imposing prowess? It's Ganondorf, do I need to say it? Heck, there's even an argument for a storyline with Barret maybe: Barret is a man who has risen from the very bottom to the top seemingly overnight, and Ganondorf wouldn't think much of him. A pretender to the throne, his throne, if you will. He underestimates him to a point where Ganon pulls an RVD and announces he intends to cash in at the next PPV, thinking that fighting Barret at half health would be boring to him. Besides, someone crushing another man's dreams for his own ambitions? That's Ganondorf in a nutshell, and it'd be pretty great if he won or lost his cash in. In short, Ganon is a pretty top tier MITB holder option. That said... Number 1: Waluigi ...He doesn't have a damn thing on the ultimate wildcard. Imagine a very, very large gap between WAH and the rest of this list, if you must, just because the possibilities for MITB holder Waluigi are fucking endless. Just to list them off: -Waluigi gets plot. This is never not a good thing. -Specifically, Waluigi gets plot based around how, just last season, a certain tag team partner abandoned him just for money, and now here was Waluigi with the big belt around his waist, and he ain't gonna share it with nobody. That would be deliciously cathartic. -Speaking of, possible Triple Crown Champion Waluigi. If you don't want that, then Waluigi can have a record setting third Casual Title reign. Win-Win, yes? -That said, if Dracula retains, if you don't send the two of them after each other after all that shit that went down between them in season 7, TOH and Co. will miss out on a goldmine. Play up the fact that Waluigi has already taken one belt away from Dracula, and now he has a chance to do it again. Hell, have Wah pull an RVD and announce his cash in advance and make it a TLC match just like it was back then. That's an End Game match if I do say so myself. -Even if Barret wins I think there could be some story there-both Waluigi and Barret are Casual Division wrestlers almost, both of them were going for the midcard belt for a while, and now they get to fight for the big one. Make it a Face/Face respect match (as respectful as you can make WAH I guess?), and boom you're off to the races. That's more plusses than any of the other MITB contenders, and that's why Waluigi tops my list. What about you guys? |

No mercy! Wounds that won't heal! Carved into flesh! Lethal Pain!

That was a damn fine write up. It makes me ok with any one of these guys winning the money. I'M STILL PULLING FOR WAH THOUGH. Do it, becomes the true people's champion. |

Man, it's just weird to think about the idea that Barret "Big Match"/"Mr. Eternal Top 10"/"Master Artist of Choking" Wallace might have his final match ever tonight, and on possibly the biggest possible Night to have it be on, for the biggest prize of them all too. On one hand, I fear for Mr. Wallace's chances to win the matches, especially against Big Match Drac who's known for pretty much going full-on 5 Star HAM every time he's in a main event with whoever he fights. And well, it's a mortal man against a hilariously hard to kill Lord of Vampires/Darkness, and one who both is incredibly stronk and able to go full-on Alberto Del Wily-tier FLIPS N SHIT ERRYWHERE if he wants to, so the odds are pretty much as highly stacked against this one man as they can be. But on the other hand, just imagine it: Barret Wallace, Champion of VGCW who overcame the impossible odds and rose from the bottom to the top for his daughter. That is some beautiful Mick Foley-tier stuff right there that can revitalize a man's career into new amazing routes, and thus why I want him to win so badly now. |

I'm sitting like a cynic just thinking how hilarious it'd be if Barret jobs hard and we get a 6 minute match at best. |

Ugh.

I've just never been a Barret fan. If he wins then whatever, but if he loses that opens a spot for a new talent and that gets me much more exited then seeing Barret float around the upper midcard for all eternity. |

That's pretty much me, and I'm honestly kind of excited to see Barret put it all on the line and get buried. |
