I thought it was pretty obviously implied with us having two rumbles to begin with that there would be some people who are in both rumbles.

I'm still hoping somebody gets triple booked and the most likely candidate to get triple booked would be like Gary.

Not necessarily, there's 58 active competitors on the power rankings. Drac vs someone is 2, Wily vs Waluigi is 2, Dragons vs Asura/Falcon is 4, Such Booty Valley vs fisherman's is 4, Gary vs vegeta is 2

That's 14 people in other matches, leaving 44 people for 2 20 man rumbles. Thinking about it, Bison probably isn't in, Dan might still be dead, Ganondorf has the MITB so I don't think he'll be in, so that's 41 by my thoughts, that's not saying people CAN'T double duty but this is how I've thought it's going down.

40 is too big. Which is why no one stands a chance against Ridley in either of the twenty mans.

But what would be the point of Gary being like "YEAH I'LL GIVE YOU TWO RUMBLES" if they were two 20 mans = 40 aka one standard rumble? They've gotta be 30 at least, surely.

I love rumbles, but one thing I was always disappointed about is the lack of surprise entrants. I would love to see some EDBW, retired wrestlers, or random joke characters in there. If the two rumbles really are going to be 40 mans, it would provide a good opportunity to mix up the entrants.

That would be a fun idea if the 2K14 servers weren't down.

Just toss in Virgil, Zack Ryder, Jey Uso, and a Vegeta cosplayer.

Clearly we need Roman Reigns as the number 1 entry in both Rumbles.

If it is 2 20s, that'd actually give a LOT more people opportunities to win a rumble. The earliest rumble entrant winners are Groose and Bowser at #28. Now, going off Bowser's, let's just say that the possible range of winning is somewhere around 15 spaces back from 40. So in a 40 man, you'd be able to win at 25, potentially. Cut that rumble in half, and now you have 30 possible spots in which someone can win, as opposed to 15. The number of people who got screwed by luck is now down to 10, as opposed to 25.

And even then, who knows, maybe someone will manage to take it from the #1 spot. Anything can happen in the VGCW.

The only person who could take a rumble from the #1 spot is Zangief.

Sounds Like A Bodacious Time
Personally I'd like a 20 for casuals and a 40 for VGCW. I feel like part of the fun of a Rumble is that a complete and total jobber could end up getting a contendership, so letting the lower card guys get a shot at the casuals (while keeping the heavy hitters out of it) and then letting the losers from it try their hand in the VGCW Rumble, it'd be the best way to get as much rumble as possible. It just wouldn't feel like a true rumble without that air of "anything can happen".

Just have the casual rumble jerk (or second on the card) the show and then have the VGCW be the Main Event or close to it, so there's time to take the Casual Rumble winner out.

Whatever happens, the show is 100% guaranteed to be overbooked.

We've got 3 title defenses, 2 rumbles, 1 rival "GM" fight, whoever's curtain jerking with Zangief...

And Reyn vs Sho.

...That last one has a lot to do if it wants to get noticed.

We don't have a Gief match (thank god) or Reyn VS Sho booked yet. But we have Dragons VS Asura and Blood Falcon (though it remains to be seen if he'll be there) booked.

Dragons I genuinely just forgot to mention. Sorry Bimmy & Jammy.

Reyn v Sho was implied in plot during their exchanged lines - obtusely, but that's what Sho seemed to be going for.

Gief is just what I'm expecting. Especially with his R. Mika scenes suggesting he may be looking for a little more recognition outside his '#pushgief' promo.

Oh, and Travis is still supposed to be trying to assassinate a member of Shadaloo.

(Plus possibly something going on with Octodad and a mystery stalker).
