More sizzle than a rasher of bacon.
So we've heard from the big three...what do you guys think? How would you rank them after all this?

Sony fired a ton of shots at MS in the end, seems the consensus is that they won E3, but maybe some of you feel differently. They did sneak in paying for multiplayer this time around.

Microsoft showed games as promised, but didn't address their DRM situation, really. Were the games enough? Do they need to backtrack on their policies that received backlash, or is it too late at this point? Would a price drop before launch convince you?

Nintendo seems to be doing their own thing. Still not great in third party support, and first-party isn't all coming at once. Will they recover for the holidays or will it be another dismal Christmas?

Poor Microsoft, they finally did decent and the other two still peed on them :(

Truth be told, im rather "meh" this E3. Wasnt really bad like previous years, but just mostly meh. Except the return of C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER, even if it is probably gonna be bad (There's still hope though)

Also CANCELLED MAN finally being put in Smash is one of those "Bout damn time" moments.

First E3 in a loooong time where nobody really dropped the ball in their conferences. Looking solely at each company's presentation, everyone came out of their conferences looking better than they went in.

So the fact that Sony killed it this much is incredible. Microsoft is probably going to be struggling for a couple years if this is the landscape at launch. Nintendo likely continues to do its own thing, as the market for its wares and the PS4 don't overlap enough.

Alright, dudes?
I liked the Sony conference, skipped the Microsoft conference since I didn't care about it. Nintendo Direct was pretty good. Mega Man in Smash, Dixie Kong in the new Donkey Kong Country game, the new Pokemon type revealed, the new Mario Kart looks ok too. I had a feeling that Square was going to rename Versues XIII to Final Fantasy XV at some point.

This whole E3 has been fantastic, and I can't wait to get my hands on a PS4. The Division looks especially great, I really want to try a lot of these new games out. Watch_Dogs has been on my list for a while, too.

I enjoyed E3 this year quite a bit. All the conferences had their moments of pure hype. Killer Instinct had an awesome return but unfortunately I definitely won't be buying the Xbone at that price point for the only game I was interested in.

Sony's conference last night was hilarious and I loved the trash talk. $399 is certainly an affordable price point that I took advantage of today actually as I pre-ordered my system earlier with Watch Dogs as well.

Nintendo's conference started slow but ended strong, with the reveals of Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8, DKC, and Smash Bros with the hype reveal of Megaman.

This Christmas, for me anyway, will be a good one. I have interest in some of the PS4 launch titles like Watch Dogs and the new Infamous looks more appealing to me than the previous two. Of course, Nintendo will have some of their titles come out soon too so, this Christmas confirmed for fun.

MS didn't really drop the ball, but they came in way behind because of how bad the Xbone reveal was already, so they needed more than a holding pattern.

I'll be waiting until something comes out that I really want before I get it, but I'm much more sold on the PS4 now. I currently have a 360 but Sony did well, the PS4 has some games I'm interested in, and Microsoft really hasn't given me any reason at all to buy an XBone.

I don't think Microsoft's E3 showings were all that bad. They have more exclusives I'd like to play, and I live in an area where I do have a constant internet connection. I only buy two or three games a year, so the DRM isn't a huge huge deal. It's just the fact that the price is so goddamned high.

It wasnt bad, everyone had a passable/good conference(cept Ubisoft, good lord)

the problem was they didnt quite rectify everything from the stink-bomb of the Xbone's announcement

I'm conflicted about Sony doing so well because they've repeatedly fucked over their users in the past; it's just that they look like shining specimens of virtue after Microsoft's buffoonery. Nintendo was same ol' same ol', sequels and rehashes. A new Pikmin might be interesting though.

Sony clearly won then "battle" complete with the Mic drop that was the "Trading games' video. But their conference felt a lot more natural, people were joking, having fun and improving a bit on stage.
microsoft did exactly what they needed to by focusing on the games. but it still felt like..cardboard.
Nintendo really did not factor to me. since they have been doing the Direct videos for a while now, it didn't seem that special and they only really "annouced" 7 WiiU games...
