Dunno if itll be hated for not being mega man
but if it is, Goddamn Legends 3 did more damage than I thought.

Those spiderman games were great so its not really a fair comparison. That being said I much rather Chair Entertainment (the people behind Shadow Complex) create the new strider game than DH.

If you're going to outsource please do it to someone who has experience making the type of game you want to be made. Yes you can bring in guys like Filthie Rich and the Street Fighter 2 Championship Edition Lead and creator of WeaponLord to consult but its still a huge leap going from terrible movie liscense games to an incredibly complex genres such as Fighting games or Metriodvanias.

Unless you consider your first 6 games getting all the mistakes out of your way then you have a long long way in development to go to from mediocre movie merchandise to creating the quality titles people are expecting for two series with long histories.
