I wish there were more real life video game people in the VGCW. I'd love to see either Tony Hawk, Shaquille O'Neil, Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, or Tiger Woods.

Eh, introducing real life characters is a slippery slope and I'm glad it's kept to a minimum. I liked Barkley, but I'm not too big on AVGN or Gabe and I have no idea who Arino is beyond some game-reviewing guy(I know this will get me crucified.)

I almost feel like you could set up an entirely separate league for real life/TV characters. I'd love to see Ned Stark and Don Draper take on Walter White and Al Swearengen.

I am specifically picking real life people who were in larger than life video games.
For Tony Hawk it is for the crazy gravity defying skateboarding you could do in the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series. Shaquille O'Neil isn't just a basketball star but is the master of the deadliest martial arts, Shaq-Fu. Michael Jordan was in two non-sporting games besides Charles Barkley: Shut Up And Jam Gaiden he was also in an awful and weird SNES platformer called Michael Jordan: Chaos in Windy City. Mike Tyson is obvious because of Mike Tyson's Punch-Out. Tiger Woods is the weak link because I just picked him because of that South Park episode mocking his marital infidelities.

Ultimately I would love some of the cast from Def Jam Fight for NY to be in VGCW but I don't think it will ever happen or be a good fit. Just imagine guys like Danny Trejo, Ice-T, Slick Rick, Henry Rollins, and Ghostface Killah joining the roster ;D

I also love the idea of a Celebrity Wrestling League spin-off. I have some sweet CAWs of Larry David, Stephen Colbert, Jason Statham, Black Dynamite, and most of the cast of Trailer Park Boys and Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

NOPE.
Celebrity Deathmatch is an awesome show if you ignore the MTV2 version

Also, when/if he gets booked, Bo Jackson has got you covered in Arena.

What would chat shout during his entrance, though? "WATCH OUT FOR PUMAS"? "CHEER THIS FAMILY MAN"?

I saw someone talk about it in chat yesterday and I've definitely had the thought myself - the people demand Trevor Phillips

Probably not good at this
In the realms of possibility and in terms of being able to look incredibly smooth as a CAW, I am going to suggest THIS man. If you don't know him by name look up Ramon from King of Fighters. Haven't seen a CAW of him yet and I figured, hey, his in-game moveset is interesting and he'd be a cool light to middle weight wrestler.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Viva Mexico!

Ramon's pretty cool, but if it comes to male KoF representation I'd like to see Clark or maybe Duck King. I'd like to see Oswald too, but not even SNK knows who that is.

Really, KoF just needs to go over. It's such a good stable of characters that's completely ignored! While we're talking Ramon, Agents Team would have made a way better trio of enforcers than those FF8 nerds.
