THE PUSH LIVES FOREVERMORE PROZACH! Yeah. Layton vs Heavy gets us plot gold and a deathmatch while Drac vs Vegeta plays very well into the history of VGCW. The choices are obvious. |

Only thing that keeps Zangief relevant is his curtain jerk streak and he'll probably get fired as soon as he loses one. Layton vs Heavy would be interesting because it is classic brain vs brawn matchup and Heavy beat him in Tables match before. Sonic vs Heavy would be battle of speed vs power, and Heavy also went go-karting with him in Sonic Racing so that's history. Sonic beat Toad, so I say he could be placed into Contenders match. |

Layton vs Sonic would be my ideal casual contenders match right now, but then again, we don't need to rush into a contenders match. We've got a new champ who has never held a belt before, we can afford to give him a few weeks of basking in his win before we give him a challenge. More names will come up over time. I would say that Layton is 100% in the next Casual contenders match and that Vegeta is 100% in the next main contenders match, provided he isn't busy with his Royal Court. |

I'd like to see a Layton vs Flint singles match for a casual contenders next season. Layton is on a roll with 3 wins in a row and Flint has 5 singles wins in a row but can't capitalise on it because he keeps falling short in multi-man contenderships. Flint gave Layton his first loss on the roster too so there is some story there as well. |

So how crazy would it be to do a Dudebro special where the winners at Endgame all get thrown into contender's matches? So for casuals you'd have Sonic the Hedgehog VS Knuckles the Echidna VS Red VS Illidan Stormrage VS Octodad VS Sonic's pretty much earned his way back into the casual scenes on his own, Knuckles just beat a former VGCW champion, but gameshark shenanigans and the fact that he just lost a contender's shot for the main belt puts him on the casual footing for now. Red's been getting big wins, but isn't quite consistent enough for the main belt yet. Octodad hasn't really had the best record, but saving VGCW from a crazy robot may as well get him a reward. Illidan's stuck at the bottom of the power rankings and hasn't really had singles matches in... two seasons now, but I could see Gary sticking the Betrayer in as an attempt to insult him. Zangief... should be pushed off a cliff, but eh, he won a match? Meanwhile Layton literally can't be ignored and can slot in to replace any of them, preferably Zangief. That leaves the main belt as another insane match. Mike Haggar VS Phoenix Wright VS Ganondorf Haggar is finally back to his old self, why not give him a push? Phoenix is too good for casuals, and Ganondorf just put on the best match of his entire career. |

Layton deserves higher than casuals with the season he had, I'd say. Undefeated in singles, made people legitimately worried for Haggar's life - even capped it off with a convincing win against Ezio, who was a recent contender for the main belt himself.

I'm always the man.

Agreed, I think both Layton and Flint deserve a better shot than Casual. |

I feel Haggar should be given more time to actually settling into being back on the main roster. He's basically been on tag team only duty with barely any singles time, and now we have a good excuse to actually put him against some more people again. |

Happy New Year to you all. Since VGCW will be starting up again next week, I've had a thought. I think we're overdue for another Money in the Bank, so I'm expecting the next one to happen sometime this season. But who should be included? Here's my selection, out of a bunch of people who haven't been a champion yet: Johnny Cage vs. M. Bison vs. Kanji vs. Phoenix Wright vs. Ezio vs. Duke Nukem If Bison isn't available due to plot reasons, Snake or Bowser might make a good alternative. They've been champions before, but only in the early days of VGCW. And if Ganondorf could get into a MitB... Who else do you think would make a good contender for MitB? |

That card doesn't look too bad, but Snake has been doing well enough in singles to be up for a title shot on his own right. I think that were Bison unavaliable, One Bad News Barret Wallace would be a good choice. |

I'd genuinely like for Money in the Bank qualifying matches. 12 (or 13 and make one of the matches a Triple Threat) people who would be interesting in the match or with the case face off, so everybody at least goes into MITB with momentum. |

12 Matches where the winner gets a chance at the brief case? That legitimately sounds awesome, and with everybody having won a match prior then you can't say they didn't earn it and just got it through dumb luck. Just keep Nappa away from the thing. |

Well, 12 people, so 6 matches. Could make like a mini tournament though. |

Season 12 has started off with a bang. For main title possibilities, Duke Nukem and Bowser have put themselves on the map with victories in a Fatal 4-way and an Iron Man match, respectively. However, I don't think they're quite at contendership level yet. Maybe after one more match(perhaps against each other). The main change seems to be in the Casual matchups. Here's my picks: Sonic vs. Goemon vs. Dr. Wily Wily just scored a crushing victory against the Kacho, landing a complete shutout in a 2 out of 3 falls match. I think that might hike up his momentum enough for him to merit a Casual challenge. The other two I've explained before. If Layton isn't going to be challenging for the main belt, I'd throw him into Casuals as the fourth man. |
