NOPE.
Vegeta has a somewhat reasonable out to a rematch but I dunno. I'd prefer he be in a contender's match so that he does something to re-earn it instead of just having the match redone. Him vs Jensen sounds fair.

As much as I do want the breaker of the Streak to get something immediate out of it, Ridley being in the casual scene complicates things a bunch because he just recently beat Bowser. Bowser leaping over that solely on the back of beating Gief is iffy.

I think Vegeta would go the honorable warrior way and want to earn another title shot.

If Bowser does get consideration for a shot, then Armstrong's case gets better, since he's beaten both Bowser and Ganondorf.

I'd say Armstrong vs. Jensen in a funny arms fight.

Armstrong and Jensen are probably the best candidates but the problem with that is you'd be putting this season's two biggest plot rivals against each other in a contendership match at not a PPV. When Adam and Armstrong finally battle it out it should be at a PPV event. Shit, it could very well be the main event of EndGame X-3.

Maybe we could toss Raiden at some uppercard talent to see what happens? Guy took a licking and gave Waluigi a real beating during that KO match.

Vegeta v. Phoenix faces the winner of Scorpion v. Dracula, winner of that one gets a title shot.

I'm usually the biggest proponent of new faces over old champs in contender's matches, but pretty much everyone in this lot has a decent claim to a re-match. And in this new world of more title matches, it isn't as huge a stopgap to have an old timer gunning for another title reign.

Maybe scoot Phoenix for a new contender, I guess, since he lost fair and square.

Scorpion vs Dracula seems like a good Contenders match on it's own, but if there are too many other names to be considered toss them all in a ladder match and have the winner face Scorp/Drac. Personally, I'd chuck Wright, Vegeta, Jensen, Armstrong, Dan, and Bowser in there.

ladder match feels like a shite way to lose your momemtum for people like Jensen,Armstrong and Bowser who just freshly got some by winning a singles match.

Also Scorpion DID lose his last singles match just throwing it out there.

If he's getting a look-in, so should the guy who beat him.

"AHHHHHHHHHH VEGETA I'LL AVENGE YOU LITTLE BUDDY!"

We do legitimately have lots of people who have a claim to it. I don't think Vegeta is one of them. The guy who lost his title to MITB cash-ins in the past have never gotten a rematch straight away, have they? This isn't WWE, there's no rematch clause. If he wins a couple matches first then yeah sure.

Eh, not saying just throw him an opportunity. But a match for a match for a match wouldn't seem too unreasonable. I'm not even Vegeta's biggest fan - I just think with Ganon's ascendancy and old timers like Vegeta, Scorps, Drac, even Bowser making big moves towards the belt, it could be fun for the focus of the title to go retro for a bit. Especially against the backdrop of Armstrong's New World Order shenanigans.

I think Prozach said it before that maybe don't like throw him right back into a title match, but at least give him a shot at contendership. I don't think there's anyone with a more solid case than Vegeta right now anyway. Everyone's got an issue here or there, but Vegeta's only crime was squashing Ganon but losing anyway because of accumulated damage.

I don't think Vegeta will have any problems getting back into the title picture, I mean he may be the strongest person in the whole show.

As what I'm guessing is Neerm suggesting Red, he DID win the fatal four way, I can guess that would be enough to at least earn a chance at a Casual Contender shot against Octodad
