I vote Wario gets the opportunity to do everything forever regardless of how many times he loses, nothing negative could ever come from doing that. |

Sounds Like A Bodacious Time

Knux is a shoo-in. I really love Knuckles, and I think I'm one of the few people who's excited to see where this Sabin feud goes. |

So current casual contention consideration iiiis Kunckles, Wario Or Kefka, Hmm. Can't think of anyone really who's been being..impressive and avaliable at the same time. Octodad's had his chance, Both Barret and Flint are wrapped up in...well..barret and flint. The birds of prey continue to be...not that great. Breakman? He's won one match recently but bah god it was a match of the night. Dante's debut win is great as was his rumble performance, but he's too new and we don't know where he's ranking Heavy was the weak link in the tag match and lost to Break, but Haggar is a bit above Casuals and Groose was in the last match. Eh? Breakman's the best choice I can think of at this point, really. Edited by FoxyStalin, Dec 30 2014, 06:13 AM.

Break in Casuals? Ehhh, I dunno about that, the dude managed to beat Air Man and AVGN twice, I reckon he's just too strong for the Midcard Title. Knuckles is probably a shoe-in I reckon. |

I'm very interested to see who will be in the casual match because the only one I can really predict with some certainty is the Knucklehead. Segata might make an appearance, since we all know losing to Bowser is hardly a detriment at this point. Travis could also make an appearance considering how he hasn't had a bad match yet. Dante did beat him, but Dante may wind up being a topcarder. Now Break Man...he's an odd one...despite what the crowd would like to think, he's not a weakling. He has some big names on his list. He slips up every now and then, but I'm not certain he's casual. |

So So

I think I've said this before, but it feels weird to put former VGCW champs into casuals. Especially 2-time champs like Blake. |

BOLIEVE

When they've fallen this far down the card I think it's acceptable. It's not like Break Man has had an amazing run since dropping the belt. |

It's really not as bad as Season 8 would lead you to believe. He lost against the Robot Masters twice, but they were insanely strong. He's had three regular singles fights since dropping the belt. He's fought Sonic, Travis and The Heavy, and won two of those fights. So even including the robot masters, that's 5 singles fights, with two wins and three losses. That's hardly an indication that's he fallen to the bottom of the barrel. And that's not even mentioning his new tag team, in which he's only lost one out of four matches. Basically, Break Man hasn't looked bad enough to me to assume he's suddenly gone from champion level to casual. We all just kind of assumed he was a loser because we expected so much from him in Season 8 and he failed to deliver. Edited by Rude_Semprini, Dec 30 2014, 10:11 AM.

I have my doubts that Kunckles after a victory in a LMS will get a shot, still possible but i have doubts about it. |

So there's a Casual contender's match coming up? I'd say that Knuckles and Segata are the two standouts right now for Casual contention, but finding a third choice is a bit harder. Gary's a possibility, but as others have mentioned, we might want to test him a little more to make sure he hasn't suddenly become top card. Proto Man hovers between midcard and top card depending on how the stars align. It'd make sense for him to try to reclaim Air Man's old belt for the robots, but is Casual contention beneath him? Jensen's got the record for Casuals, but his tournament match is coming up tonight, so he's unlikely to make other commitments. We could also see a midcarder who hasn't done much in a while, like Ezio, Gief, or Arino. If Knux is involved, we might even see Sabin give the casual leagues a try, though he's still a bit new. |

A rose, by any other name...
|
Would like to see Dante. An excellent match and a strong Rumble performance I think makes him worthy of a shot, and I'd rather see him start small than risk shooting for the main title and wiping out right away.
