If Snake, Dante, and DK aren't in the next contenders match, my salt will flow. They're all amazing, and they all deserve it. |

I still don't think anyone is truly a lock for a contenders match right now. Long winded post inc Spoiler: click to toggle Basically I would prefer if most of the people considered for a contenders match fight each other or fight top talent to truly prove themselves. This either leads to the contenders all looking really strong as they go into the match (good) or them losing to people like Phoenix/Mac and them getting another shot for beating an up-and-comer. (not as good) While the contender's match can be considered the big win over top talent that gives someone the status to challenge for the title, I personally feel we need stronger competitors to go into the match. When Phoenix, Scorpion and Snake were in a contender's match Phoenix had 9-0, Scorps had a win over Illidan and Snake had wins over Wario and Grey Fox. Snake (and possibly even Scorpion) needed one more step to show that he was truly a contender, and right now everyone does. |

If Snake won the championship, this would make the second champion in a row that was propelled to the main event by Illidan. Truly the biggest face in this company. |

He'll get his due when Gary becomes the GM and the next contenders match is Illidan vs Vacant. Spoiler: click to toggle

I would say have DK and Snake fight for the last spot because the winner will enter with a win on their back heading in. Also, one more match might just sell me on Haggar making it in, too. |

We'll have to see in Season 10. I really don't think a loss to Nappa is enough to kick you out of the contenders running, considering he's an absolute monster. Losing to Barret though...yeah, that might set you back a bit. Dante or Cage could get in if they win the 6-man. Bison needs another win against a topcarder. Yeah, we don't have a huge list to go off yet. Good thing we're not getting a contenders match at End Game because I dunno why could be in it now. |

Order! Order in the court!

Wow Nappa buried DK to ensure no one else can touch the Championship. Right when DK was on the rise. That was amazing. Great. Not salty at all. Nope. EDIT: I guess DK can have another shot though. I like the idea of Snake vs DK. Edited by TheWorst, Feb 10 2015, 08:24 PM.

DK might still have a chance at a title shot. Nappa looks like he's pretty strong in singles, and he's currently the MitB holder. Traditionally, MitB holders aren't given title shots in the usual fashion. I have to wonder if Barret has a chance for a title shot, though. He's currently in the top 10 of the power rankings, and beating Snake could give him the legitimacy he needs for a shot at the top. However, his high ranking is partially due to him having a Casual shot some time ago, and he hasn't really done singles matches since. Maybe set up Bison vs. Barret and let the winner get plugged into the title match? In the meantime, on the Casual scene, I'm guessing Flint and Groose will show up for the next Casual contender's match. Flint just proved himself by beating Octodad, and Groose has both beaten Octodad and won a recent triple threat match. |

Groose has had quite a few contenders shots lately. I dunno if we want to keep chucking him at the contenders matches or people might start getting sick of seeing him in them. Bison is kind of in the same boat. Though we could solve that pretty easy by seeing if either of them could push forward to the MAIN VGCW belt. |

I definitely want to see Groose test the waters against some more people. He doesn't need another Casual shot so soon after the last. Besides, he put up an amazing fight against Vegeta, who we know is no jobber. |

NOPE.
|
Groose has had 2 contender's matches already this season. He should not get another one. |

But this season is almost over! Seriously though, two matches might be enough to judge a casual shot, but I think that with his recent performances, he should wait around more to see what he can do. I'm not saying "GIVE HIM A VGCW TITLE SHOT RIGHT NOW HE'S NOT CASUAL", but he should wait a bit and test his newfound strength. |

Ladies Love it.

I'd be about Groose vs Bison to see who gets the Topcard slingshot, and Snake vs DK to see who's getting a title shot. |
