I'm actually inclined to agree. Although Flint's ranking doesn't really hold up to high standards, he did miss his chance during the rumble, and he held his own against God Kefka, which should probably count for something. The fans have really warmed up to him, too.

It'd be great if he won it and didn't cash in until a villain held the title.
Flint could be another possibility for the MitB.

A possible plot point to get him in the match (if we use my prior predictions for the lineup) could be if Nappa gives Flint his spot in the match as repayment for helping him during the search for the Dragonballs. After all, he's already won the briefcase before.

I recall Bazza saying that the MitB contenders would be people who too weak to get to the title the normal way. I could be misremembering, but I think Bazza said it on twitter or stream or something.

I think this could be a good idea. It's essentially what they use MITB for in the WWE--to give the impression that the status quo could be rocked by a midcarder at a moment's notice if the stars align.

Proto Man could deserve a MitB shot too. He has been a high ranked wrestler most of his carreer and I don't really recall him losing that much (last time against Air Man?).

Forgot about the Co-op Championship match. I would say GCFU has it in the bag, but S&K might be 2FAST for them. I'll pick S&K for this one.

Well, it looked like a close match, but Segata pulled through in the end, bringing down Knuckles to add another notch to his belt. So, who's going to be next to climb into the ring with the champion of the Saturn?

Here's my picks for a six-man contender match:

Nappa vs. Ezio vs. Captain Falcon vs. Octodad vs. Goemon vs. Guile

Other possibilities include Zangief or Dracula, though they might need another match to gauge their true power.

Guile hasn't showcased his "true power" either since he hasn't had a match in season 6 outside of the royal rumble.

What about Wario? He already beat Segata once. I'm not sure if he's strong enough to aim for the main title though.

Say Hi to Kazuya for me
Scorpion showed some grit in that triple threat vs Airberg and Satan. He at least deserves to be in the conversation. Perhaps we can see Segata vs Scorpion for the title, and continue and underrated rivalry.

Yeah, I'd say Wario and Scorpion would qualify for a #1 contender match for the Casual Belt. Who else, though? Sonic? Nappa?

WWE14 now, it is a new era, besides him wanting to prove himself after derping the first time would make a good story :P if he wins MITB
