It would be interesting to see Edgeworth originally behaving as he did in the AA series and then having a face turn like in the games.
So Phoenix would go over him, and then Phoenix would go over Gary to save Edgeworth's career?

I'm down for that.

So Gary is the Manfred von Karma of this analogy? I wonder what Franny would think about that over in WVGCW...

So there's two legends contracts that Baz McMahon signed before. What are those for? Bringing the old wrestlers back? Or the opposite?

It's Baz McMahon.

They're both for Gief.

It could be for "retiring" some of the older wrestlers (like Mac, Ganon, or Gief) so that they no longer wrestle regularly, but occasionally get brought back for special occasions.

I'm not sure which currently "retired" guys would be worth bringing back. Barkley? Mr. Satan?

Mr. L?

Sounds Like A Bodacious Time
Legend Contracts could mean two things: Either two guys on the current roster are going part time (I would say Gief but he just won a big match, so I have no idea who it could be) or two guys are returning part time.
I could definitely see Pyro coming back, especially with his Father terrorizing the company, but I'm arsed to think who the second guy is. I personally would hope for Raph but that's kind of a pipe dream.

What if one guy is coming back and one guy is going part time?

Order! Order in the court!
Bowser deserves part-time. He's the King of Awesome and we all know that. And he has nothing left to prove. He can pop in to the cheer of the crowd to bury some heels, or to try and put over a rising star. We all know he's topcard, may as well put him in part time while he still looks the part.
Last match should be vs Ebisu.

As for a returning star... I'd like Mario, honestly. Barkley, sure, why not. Kratos is my gut feeling.

Bowser already had a Legend Contract until Season 6. He has yet to claim the title legit or finish his plot with Ebisumaru. If anything, Bowser's still extremely fresh, and he only recently learned how to put people over while still being an absolute monster. Things are looking great for the King of Awesome right now, so it wouldn't make much sense to give him a second Legends Contract.

The ink on one of the contracts makes it seem like Octodad will be going part-time, but I get the feeling that it's a swerve. I doubt Break Man or Air Man will be going part-time either, so it's probably not oil. Ganon's been mentioned as another possibility, but that guy's like an eternal cornerstone and he recently gave us a triple crossover that let Raijin and Fujin wrestle, reinvigorated Zelda's career, and showed off his monster mode. The dude can still create greatness wherever he goes, so he's probably not getting a Legends Contract. Plus, there's no one who can fill his shoes.

Is there anyone who is known for being clumsy who could have spilled the ink? Maybe someone who could have broken the pen in rage (who isn't Kratos)?

Some people might not remember this but Bowser used to have a Legends contract. I can't remember the exact season that they rescinded it (I want to say season six?) but it used to be a huge deal whenever Bowser arrived because he was a Legends character.
