About the Octodad scene, I think it may have been Segata trapped in some sort of virtual space inside the vending machine. Maybe after beating Gameshark he got stuck in some weird space (like the one in Mega Man Battle Network or wherever the hell Porygon lives) and is now trying to get back. Or, maybe it was just a coincidence that the scene took place where there was a vending machine. It'd be a fun plot though, maybe? |

Really, with Bison involved, we should've seen this coming. |

I'm really hoping that Seifer brings back Sagata from the Game Shark Dimension. I'm betting that his ultimate plan which will be initiated maybe at End Game XII where he, Sagata, the Disciplinary committee, the PRATS, and maybe Dracula team up to defeat Bison once and for all (Though it probably won't be all of them). I'm also wanting Armstrong to become G.M. by the end of this season too, maybe when he does he'll need an enforcer force and I'm hoping one of the members is Magus (Though he's probably working for EDBW Corporate...). I'm new to the forum, hello everyone it's a pleasure to meet you. |

Admittedly I have been waiting to see if all this build-up is going to lead to the return of Segata, or if it'll just be one of those 'believe in yourself like your former friend did' moments. Either one would be nice, really. Welcome to the forums. |

The GameShark continues not to fuck around, as our poor old Edgey-poo finds himself in possession of the Triforce of Power. Maybe my knowledge on Zelda lore is a little hazy, but... doesn't the Triforce of Power corrupt those with darkness in their heart? Because if that's true... hoo boy, this could end badly.

Not necessarily. The Triforce answers the desires of the bearer, but if someone with an imbalanced heart touches it, the Triforce splits and they only get one piece of it. Ganondorf's heart is more aligned to Power, and the Triforce answers his wishes for greater power (but Ganon can't control the whole world unless he has Courage and Wisdom too). There's a portion of the Downfall Timeline (somewhere between TriForce Heroes and the original Legend of Zelda) in which the King of Hyrule is the bearer of all three pieces, and uses it to govern Hyrule justly and fairly. There's also a short part of Skyward Sword when Link is the bearer of all three pieces. (And if you count Hyrule Warriors, Lana even has the ToP for a bit.) Being the incarnation of Demise's hatred, Ganon's already rotten to the core, and the Triforce of Power doesn't do anything to further that. The only thing that corrupts is the Sacred Realm, which turns into the Dark World if the bearer of the Triforce has an evil heart. So where does Edgey stand in all this? We'll let TOH and the lads decide. |

Well, Edgey isn't the goody-two shoes that Phoenix is, but he's also not a bad guy. Edgeworth can be very ruthless in the AA games. He's brought many a defendant to the brink of a mental breakdown with his pursuit of the truth and nothing else. It's not like he has a complete black and white view of the world, but him having a power like that...he might find some uses for it... |

The Triforce of Power on its own seems to corrupt pretty badly. Everyone that's successfully used it (read: didn't eventually find themselves on the wrong end of the Master Sword) has used it in conjunction with the other two pieces. But, who knows? Maybe Edgeworth can handle it. |

I remember that Impa managed to get the Triforce of Wisdom back for Zelda after that fiasco at Endgame 9, so we know where that one is. ...but the other one came from Lunk...I don't think he would be in any condition to get the Triforce of Courage back, so I wonder where that one is hiding. |

A solid heel turn would do Edgeworth pretty good, I think. As it stands, I have no idea how I'm supposed to feel about him. |

If Edgeworth and Armstrong come to blows over the GM Chair, I'm gonna mark pretty hard. |

Any thoughts on the person Bison is working for? A lot of people were guessing Armstrong but it didn't seem to quite fit his personality. |
