That sounds alright to me, keeps people in the game longer and makes things a bit more interesting I think. It's kind of boring watching Inactivity body the cast sometimes. |

Yeah, it feels kinda bullshit that people like Scorps and Illidan are eliminated by inactivity even though they've been building up to a big match next show for the better part of the season. |

Inactivity still needs to be longer imo. |

With an average of 7 matches a show, even if all those matches were singles, over 5 shows that's 70 slots. And of course they aren't all singles, there's plenty of multi-mans and Co-Ops. Expecting a wrestler to show up once every 5 shows is reasonable. Not a fan of giving wrestlers an extra show just because we know they're scheduled for next time. Anyone who lost a wrestler to Inactivity and then saw them in an unannounced match the next week would be sure to complain about unfairness. I'll address Illidan and Scorpion below. One change I would like to see is including Brawls, Backstage or otherwise, as counting as wrestling for resetting Inactivity. Other match types like Last Man Standing, First Blood, Ladders, Royal Rumbles, etc., don't carry the risk of elimination and yet count as wrestling for the purposes of resetting Inactivity. If Brawls counted for a reset, Illidan and Scorpion wouldn't be eliminated by Inactivity. Edited by SAShieldhill, Mar 17 2014, 10:08 PM.

If it was reasonable, we wouldn't lose the amount of people we have to inactivity alone. The major change needs to be to 2/3s. It shouldn't be just because they were pinned during the match itself to be eliminated. The match has that in it almost no matter what, which makes it unfair to the participants. Whoever loses that match should be eliminated, whether or not they lose a point shouldn't matter. It should work exactly the same as the iron man match.

I think brawls resetting Inactivity would be okay, we could do that next season. Also, I hadn't posted it before, but I've decided we will run next season with 2/3 falls working like Iron Man matches. If it goes well, it'll stick for good. |

I agree with this. It's usually rare that matches are announced beforehand in a non-PPV/End Game setting. Bazza is good at keeping the card a surprise unless he announces a championship match on twitter or here on the forums for that week's show. That matched with the possibility that those guys would be only a match away from being eliminated due to inactivity is pretty rare anyways. It would keep guys in the game longer and those who picked a wrestler at the start of the season who ends up doing well would be rewarded slightly. I kind of agree with changing the 2/3s rule just because all it takes is a reversed finisher to turn the tides in a match and for someone getting rekt to grab a pinfall. To go 2-0 isn't impossible, but it's kind of unfair that you basically have to win the match twice. The best 2/3rds matches go 1-1 anyways so it's anticlimactic to have them both be eliminated even if they put on a great fight and the winner would possibly have a chance to further participate in possible #1 contender matches and be booked more frequently. |

With the changes to the Brawl rules that I suggested, and which have been accepted, we'd only have 4 people lost to Inactivity alone, compared to 31 eliminated by actual wrestling. In Season 1's alternate timeline, where we used the 5 show time limit instead of 4, only 3 people would've been lost to Inactivity alone, compared to 42 eliminated by actual wrestling. I don't care. I hate Inactivity! I wish it had never been born! The Darkest Timeline: Season 1 of Survivor crawls pitifully on, over a month and five episodes and counting past its end in the original timeline. Gray Fox was eliminated by Solid Snake on the 11th of February, the last time any wrestler felt that sweet release. Snake and Groose are in hiding, refusing to END IT. The people cry, If only we had thought of some way to guard against this exact situation from happening! im ok w/ doing 2/3 falls like iron man rules btw |

Tonight is not the Night! Right now I'm wondering who will win. Mac and Dracula seem like likely candidates, but Haggar, Groose, or even Snake could do it, too. Maybe Vegeta will pull a Barkley. I'll bet my BisonBucks on Dracula. Edited by baggypantsman, Mar 18 2014, 03:27 PM.

eh...I would have to say no, thats just how the game works. Though one idea, instead of who remains after a season, have like a VGCW Fantasy Leauge, where people pick a wrestler and get points if they: Show up in plot Have a Match Win a Match (bonus for using a finisher or submission finisher to win) and such like that, and whoever has the most points after the season wins bragging rights |

I had thought about running a VGCW fantasy league during the first season of Survivor, but figured it would be too much work for me. I could do it alongside Survivor with the game playing out as normal and using that point method with it, though. So, there would be two things to win: Survivor and the Fantasy League. |

NOPE.

As someone who plays both fantasy football and baseball, this would be an awesome thing if someone could set it up. |

I wouldn't mind something like that either, but giving points to wrestlers for showing up in plot would be pretty stupid. |

WWE had a fantasy thing, and they gave points when a Wrestler had an appearance, so its not that stupid |
