TOUGH  BOY
There was really no solid way to buy the Sack of Gems since there was such a run on them yesterday and now all the features are conveniently missing.

I managed to get one off the market. Took multiple tries and after I managed, there was a delay before I actually made the payment and got the item. Something I didn't feel like trying more than once.

EDIT: They're back on the market again, but their minimum price right now is easily way more than the value of a booster back.

More sizzle than a rasher of bacon.
Winter Sale time. Remember the process if you want to get the best discounts:

Spoiler: click to toggle

This also applies to games within a franchise. If one game from a franchise is a daily, flash, or community deal, the other games in that franchise also get the bigger discount. So at the time of this post, Civ:BE is a daily deal. Civ:V is also a daily deal by association and is at the lowest price it'll be all winter sale long ($7.49).

Happy wallet-emptying!

Metal Gear Rising is £3.99 or whatever it is in Ameridollars and Eurofrancs. Time to find out if Armstrong is really that awesome.

I have emptied my entire inventory at a competitive price to get this.
If anyone's looking for a Mann Co Supply Crate and has 100€ to spare, hit me up.

So it seems the Summer Sale is all but confirmed to start this week, on the 11th. They have those mystery cards floating around that might do something, and you'll probably be able to get and sell them by voting on stuff if it's not to your liking.

More importantly, you can also officially refund games if you do so within two weeks of purchase and haven't played the game for more than two hours. Their support might get bogged down with requests during the sale, though, so being relatively sure about a game is still a good idea.

Just a check up. Any of you guys get anything major this summer sale? I've got a ton of smaller stuff like Bully, Gemini Rue, Prototype series, The Last Remnant... Stuff like that, nothing major but it adds up quickly. Just want to check I've not gone crazy and people have just stopped buying games since the discounts aren't as fuck off huge as they once were.

So far from GOG:

Space Run
Magicmaker
Battle Realms and Sim City, both free

And on Steam:

Darkest Dungeon
Environmental Station Alpha
Vox Populi Vox Dei 2
The Wolf Among Us
Pixel Heroes: Byte and Magic

Not a whole lot of stuff on my wishlist is going in daily sales, but I can't complain.

MAY IS ̶B̶A̶E̶ HEEL!
So far on Steam the deals I've bought are;

Wasteland 2 (50%)
Shadowrun: Dragonfall (70%)
Hatoful Boyfriend (75%)
Transistor (75%)
How To Survive (95%)
Gauntlet (75%)
Castle Crashers (90%)
Waiting to see if Divinity: Original Sin will go lower than the 25% it's on now.

There's a few big name games like the Borderlands series, Left for Dead 2, RPG Maker VX and Farcry series up on deals too.
